Steps to install Android 4.3 Jelly Bean ROM for Xperia Z:

Step 1: Copy the downloaded file into an internal storage.

Step 2: Switch off your phone and boot into Fastboot mode by “pressing and holding Volume Up + Power button” for few seconds and then choose “Recovery“. In the Recovery mode, use the Volume keys to move up/down and the Power key to select a highlighted item.

Step 3: Now, perform a full data wipe by selecting “wipe data/factory reset” and “wipe cache partition” and then go to “advanced options in CWM Recovery” from there select “wipe Dalvik Cache“.
